We are Julia and Nic, the two creators behind this blog and the instagram account @nextstopwithjulie.
I’m Julia. Growing up in Nicaragua, I didn’t have the opportunity to see much of the world. I became fascinated by the fun of traveling after moving to Amsterdam. Suddenly, I had the opportunity to travel all over Europe. I discovered that beautiful cities and completely different countries were just a short train ride or a cheap flight away!
Traveling isn’t just about the beautiful destinations. Over the past years, I have formed amazing friendships around the world that have sparked even more opportunities to visit and discover new places. Since I always plan detailed itineraries for myself to follow and by combining those with some of the many pictures I have taken I hope to create informative and fun blog posts to help you plan your next trip.
My name is NIcolo, camera-man, video editor, co-writer, tech support, and occasional co-model on our Instagram and I’m the second half of Nextstopwithjulie.
Half Italian half Argentinian, born and raised in the Netherlands, I have been traveling far and wide ever since I was a baby. My favorite destinations are the remote, pristine, and untouched places of the world.
I never thought I would be working on a travel blog, but we have been having a lot of fun creating it and I am very excited to bring you guys new and helpful content.
